My stay at Austudent felt just like home. When I was
searching for a place to stay in Melbourne I thought
Austudent was too good to be true, but when I arrived at
the house I knew that everything was perfect. I had
everything I needed and I made many lifelong friends. I
would go back any day. |

I guess it is with some sense trepidation that I accept
that [my daughter] Erika has truly found a new home and
that our home will never again be her only one. It was
an amazing opportunity to observe her in the wild
(speaking metaphorically of course) and to feel certain
that she's making her own way.
What you have there in Carre Street is fantastic. It
certainly surpasses my experience of university
accommodation with its polished linoleum floors,
institutional kitchen and tiny, tiny bedrooms. Your
place offers far more in terms of a family setting.
Great effort.
I was also very glad to meet Olivia before I left and
could see why Erika connects with her the way she does.
Thanks again for putting me up and letting me be a
student again.
Cheers Fiona

The thought of moving to Melbourne by myself was all a
bit daunting because I was used to living in a small
country town. I spent a lot of time looking for flats
and houses, but I made the decision to start off at
Australiawide Student Accommodation because it gave me
the opportunity to settle into my course, and make
friends before I committed myself to renting a flat or
house and all of the responsibilities that go with it.
But I’m now into my second year and plan to stay at
Australiawide until I finish my course.
I enjoy living here because it provides a safe
environment, within walking distance to all main
transport and is also a short walk away from the
fantastic Glenhuntly Rd Shops, where it is also
convenient to find part time work for students.
Australiawide is a beautiful old house that has been
renovated to accommodate students in a homely and secure
atmosphere with the owner living on the premises and
always there if you need help. Don and Olivia’s friendly
and caring manner help the students adjust to moving
away from home. I found it was great to live in a secure
and smoke free environment, with cleaning services and
lots of friendly students from all cultural backgrounds.

Dear Don and Olivia,
Thanks so much for the year. I had a great time, you
sure made my first
stint in Melbourne one to remember.
I appreciate everything you have done for me and I
wouldn't hesitate to
recommend the house to anybody who is looking for a
place in Melbourne. It's
a great spot and you made it such a fun place to live, I
felt right at home
from the moment I walked in the door because of the
friendly environment
that was provided.
You made all my friends and family feel welcome and it
was also great
getting to know so many new people.
So thank you for putting up with me for a year, I hope I
didn't cause too
much trouble.
Your good mate, Brett |

Beste lezer,
dus genoeg
gezelligheid hier in huis. Door de grote hoeveelheid
buitenlandse
Dear reader,
Despite my plane landing at 4 o'clock on Easter morning,
the great landlord Don was waiting for a warm welcome.
The feeling that I was all by myself in a new country
was completely vanished.
A luxurious student house in quiet surroundings. A
separate vegetarian kitchen, clean bathrooms, all fresh
bed linen and towels, pool table and a huge living room,
but above all many interesting and friendly housemates
from all over the world and of course Australia. In
general the people in Australia are much more friendly
than the stressed Europeans, so we have a great time.
Because of the many abroad students you not only learn
the Australian - but also many other cultures.
Within 24 hours of arriving in Australia I saw over 30
kangaroos quietly feeding in their natural habitat. My
host Don, took me and some other students on a [free]
tour to the country where we saw the kangaroos and I
enjoyed my first Aussie barbeque. After 2 days I could
already say this is my second home!!
As you can read I really like it here, not only because
of the facilities and great housemates, but importantly
because of friendship, care and support offered by Don.
I could not imagine a better place to arrive in
Melbourne and can recommend it to everybody looking for
student accommodation in Melbourne.
I am happy for anybody to contact me on email

When I found out that I was going to start study in
Melbourne this year, it was really daunting because I
didn't know anyone here and I didn’t even have a chance
to look for housing before the day I would actually move
over. So, when we found Australiawide, I didn’t have a
chance to check it out first, and we were just hoping
for the best . . . Luckily, as soon as Don met me at the
airport, and I saw the house, I knew that I would be
fine, and I’ve been here ever since! The house is clean,
modern and Liv and Don try really hard to make sure that
we have everything we need and that everything is always
working. It is so nice being so close to the station and
the tram, and it’s super easy to get anywhere you want
to go to from Elsternwick. It also makes life a lot
easier for all the busy students being right near all
the shops that we need. It’s heaps of fun to come home
at the end of the day to all the friends you make in the
house, the environment here is really friendly and
supportive. I don’t feel like I’m just renting a room-
this is home now. I would tell anyone about to begin a
new life in this awesome city of Melbourne that
Australiawide is a really great place for anyone to
start! |

As American students travelling to Australia for a
month-long study abroad program, we wanted to find a
place that was inexpensive, convenient, but still had
all the amenities that we wanted. We searched the
internet before travelling to Australia, and
Australiawide Student Accommodation was the place that
we found. We really enjoyed having all bedding and
linens provided, as well as the full size kitchen and
laundry room free of charge. Best of all, the high speed
internet access that comes standard in the rooms allowed
us to keep in touch with the people back home. I would
recommend Australiawide Student Accommodation to anyone
staying in Melbourne for any length of time. |

Sangatlah menyenangkan dapat tinggal disini selama
liburan saya selama 1 bulan.
Tinggal disini serasa di rumah (Bogor, Indonesia). Rumah
sangat baik. Dan tinggal disini harganya tidak terlalu
mahal (melihat fasilitas yang tersedia).
Don (the Manager) telah menyediakan central heater &
aircon untuk menyesuaikan kita dengan udara di
Melbourne.
Sangatlah menyenangban bisa menjadi bagian dari rumah
ini
Such a great pleasure to have this place as my home for
the past 1 month. It really feels like home in here.
Great building, great facilities (you don't have to
bring your own kitchen set here. They are all set!) and
of course the best landlord you could imagine. And it
doesn't cost you too much to stay here. With the
unpredictable weather in Melbourne, Don (the landlord I
talked about) has a central heater and air conditioner
in here. It's a pleasure for us to be part of this
house.
Love Olivia & Desmond |

RUMAH KEDUA
Being alone and away from home is
a thing that's a bit difficult to get used to. That was
exactly what I felt when I arrived in Melbourne to
continue my study. The cold weather made me miss my home
even more.
After searching from one accommodation to another, I
found a very beautiful place to live, with great
facilities and location, that is Australiawide Student
Accommodation.
The main thing I love about this place is the
friendliness of the landlord and the friendship among
all the tenants. It's like having a second family in
Australia.
What more can a person ask for? Living here makes me
feel at home. |

We are very confident to recommend that overseas
students stay with Australiawide Student Accommodation.
It offers a very good, clean, safe environment with
first class facilities. There is a friendly atmosphere
for students, the transport access to the city is easy
and CETA is very impressed by the care and level of
attention that the owners provide for students. Students
and parents can rest assured that they will be living in
one of the best available student accommodation in
Melbourne if they book into Australiawide Student
Accommodation.
