Security deposit is $1,100 for single room and $1,000 for twin share room (per person).
Pay the first $500 of security deposit to book the room. Pay rest of the security deposit and first month rent when moving in at the first day.
Security deposit is refundable, at the end of the residents stay at Australiawide Student Accommodation, providing no outstanding charges remain and there is no damage to the accommodation or property.
